1. Services

This website provides information about facilitation services, workshops, one-on-one sessions, and other activities offered by Andreea Cristina Pandelescu.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings for workshops and one-on-one sessions can be made through the forms available on this website or by contacting me directly. Payment is made according to the information provided for each workshop, event, or session.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Payments for one-on-one sessions are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule it once, provided you notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not attend without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies for workshops or other events will be communicated individually for each offering.

If I need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will agree on a new date at no additional cost.

If an exceptional situation arises that is not covered by this policy, I will do my best to find a fair solution.

4. Responsibility

Participation in workshops and one-on-one sessions involves personal responsibility for your own choices, decisions, and actions arising from the facilitation process.

My services are intended for educational, reflective, and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic care.

If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, I encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual Property
